Continuity of the Solex Technology Platform
Following Solex Thermal Science Inc.'s recent communication, we are pleased to introduce OMEGA Thermo Dynamics B.V. and thank you for the trust you have placed in the Bulkflow technology over the years.
OMEGA Thermo Dynamics B.V. is now the owner of the intellectual property associated with the Solex technology platform, including the rights to engineer, manufacture, supply, service, support, further develop and advance this technology worldwide.
As the owner of this intellectual property, OMEGA Thermo Dynamics B.V. is the only authorized source for the future engineering, manufacturing, technical support and continued development of the Solex technology platform.
Our team has worked intensively over the past several weeks to ensure a seamless transition, and we are pleased to confirm that OMEGA is fully operational and ready to support both existing and future customers.
Manufacturing Readiness
OMEGA has established an international engineering and manufacturing platform providing uninterrupted global support through qualified production facilities in The Netherlands, India and North America. This manufacturing network enables us to deliver high-quality equipment, spare parts and technical services while maintaining the engineering excellence that customers have come to expect.
Our objective is not only to preserve the Solex technology platform developed over decades, but to continue advancing it through ongoing engineering innovation, AI-enabled engineering tools, digital design technologies and enhanced manufacturing capabilities.
Supporting Existing Installations
OMEGA is fully committed to supporting existing Bulkflow installations throughout their operating life. Our services include technical support, genuine spare parts, performance evaluations, capacity upgrades, equipment modernization, commissioning, operational assistance and new project development.

As the owner of the intellectual property associated with the Solex technology platform, OMEGA Thermo Dynamics B.V. is responsible for its future engineering, manufacture, technical support and continued development.
Customers may encounter organizations or individuals claiming to represent the Solex name, products, technology, intellectual property or manufacturing capabilities. We respectfully encourage customers to independently verify any such claims before relying upon them for commercial, technical or procurement decisions.
Any organization wishing to represent, manufacture, market, distribute, provide technical support for, or promote products or services based upon the Solex technology platform should first obtain written authorization from OMEGA Thermo Dynamics B.V.
